Tour Tala Private game reserve 19/12/11 - Tim Brown Tours

Pick up my 7 Clients from durban harbour off the Oceana Ship and headed to Tala Private game reserve for the day and a spot of City sightings.

Tala was a crazy experience as I spotted this odd looking Impala which has horns like a springbok and very thin. On closer inspection it was a female which never get horns! so what on earth was going on??? I figures being a small reserve interbreading must obviouly have played a role and she must have more male hormone than usual hence the horns.

We had some great Rhino Sightings and general game as usual at Tala even two male Ostriches chasing each other as its the breeding season and they are in competition over females….

After a stunning hot day we headed back to Durban City where we started with a bit of a City Tour before heading back to the Harbour.
